About the Event
Are you attending yoga classes and uncertain if you are doing Downward-Facing Dog correctly? Do you want to try yoga but have been hesitant to join a group class?
If so, this semi-private class is for you! There will be 5 students max!
In this class, you will explore basic yoga poses & alignment, become familiar with the language of yoga, breath work & meditation. Each week you will also receive a practice video. Afterwards, you will feel confident and inspired plus, we will have lots of fun!
