Composting is Healing

Updated: Mar 30

Hey, friends! 💚 It’s time to have a heart-to-heart about our precious planet. 🌍 We’ve got two choices: either we step up and help heal Mother Earth, or we sit back and watch as she heals herself, and that option doesn't look good for us. What we do, or don’t do, matters more than we realize. Let’s get to it and embark on this healing journey together, spreading the love and knowledge every step of the way with our friends around us.

Now, let’s talk composting! ♻️ Ever wondered where those food scraps end up? Straight into landfills, producing methane, a major contributor to global warming. Whoops! But fear not, composting is here to save the day. Not only does it enrich our soil and cut down on nasty chemicals, but it also reduces landfill waste. It’s a no-brainer. So, let’s switch from the landfill to compost bins whenever possible. Plus, composting means we are participating in creating a future with sustainable agriculture while getting more grounded and connected to our beautiful planet. One big energy shift coming up! 🌱

Mindfulness isn’t just about meditation and yoga even though I strongly feel they are mental/ physical hygiene we all need. Working with the land is a powerful form of mindfulness. Personally, when my life was turned upside down with a breast cancer diagnosis, I craved getting my hands dirty, planting flowers, and soaking up the healing energy from the earth.
