But fear not, composting is here to save the day. Not only does it enrich our soil and cut down on nasty chemicals, but it also reduces landfill waste. It’s a no-brainer. So, let’s switch from the landfill to compost bins whenever possible. Plus, composting means we are participating in creating a future with sustainable agriculture while getting more grounded and connected to our beautiful planet. One big energy shift coming up! 🌱
Mindfulness isn’t just about meditation and yoga even though I strongly feel they are mental/ physical hygiene we all need. Working with the land is a powerful form of mindfulness. Personally, when my life was turned upside down with a breast cancer diagnosis, I craved getting my hands dirty, planting flowers, and soaking up the healing energy from the earth.
